Abstract

We investigated the impact of Vivaldi music enrichment on anxiety and memory in adult Zebrafish. Using a novel tank and novel object recognition tests, we assessed anxiety levels and memory retention. Enriched fish spent more time in upper tank zones, indicating reduced anxiety. Both control and enriched fish showed a preference for a specific novel object. While not statistically significant, enriched fish tended to favor familiar objects after extended intervals. Enrichment didn’t affect overall exploration. This study contributes to understanding enrichment’s potential for anxiety reduction and memory enhancement in Zebrafish.
